Once you have downloaded the software, double-click the icon to decompress the archive file, and check the README.txt file for further details.

Double-click the 'nowisthetime' icon to launch the application. One the music is loaded the screen will go to a flat colour, slowly changing. To start the animation you must make some sound - sing, clap or play an instrument. If you are playing it with headphones on you must always make sound for the animations to work. When playing without headphones, or with the music on speakers, the animations will start to respond to their own sound as well, along with any other music or noises in the room.

You may need to adjust the sound volume and microphone levels on your computer to get the best results.

Now Is the Time is free software and was produced using the openFrameworks API. The source code for the project is freely available under the terms of the GNU General Public Licence:
